Jennifer Lavoie brings over a decade of passion, creativity, and experience to Coastal Glades Microschool. A certified Montessori educator with more than 10 years in the classroom, Jennifer specializes in guiding young learners through hands-on, nature-based, and student-centered experiences.

She has taught a wide range of elementary grades and is known for creating nurturing, engaging environments where children thrive academically and emotionally. Her deep understanding of the Montessori method and individualized instruction allows each student to progress at their own pace while mastering foundational skills.

Jennifer is not only a dedicated teacher but also a trusted friend and collaborator. She has worked alongside Coastal Glades founder Samantha Simpson for the past five years, sharing a vision of education that is both rigorous and joyful. Together, they’ve helped countless students grow into confident, curious learners.
