Parent Student Handbook
At Coastal Glades Microschool, we believe that strong partnerships between home and school help students thrive. Our Parent & Student Handbook provides families with key information about our policies, procedures, and expectations.
We encourage all families to review the handbook and use it as a helpful resource throughout the year.
-
School Calendar
Our school calendar outlines key dates for the academic year, including the first and last days of school, holidays, breaks, and special events. We encourage families to refer to the calendar often and plan ahead for a successful year at Coastal Glades Microschool.

Become a Volunteer
At Coastal Glades Microschool, we welcome the involvement of caring families. Volunteers enrich our students' experiences — from classroom activities to field adventures like snorkeling and kayaking.
All volunteers must complete a Level 2 background screening through The Clearinghouse before participating in school activities.
We’d love to have you join us!

Anti-Bullying & Harassment Policy
At Coastal Glades Microschool, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.
Bullying is defined as systematically or chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more students or employees through repeated, intentional acts. Harassment includes any threatening, insulting, or dehumanizing gesture or conduct that interferes with a student’s education or the safe operation of the school.
All students, families, and staff are encouraged to report bullying or harassment to a teacher or the school director. Reports may be made verbally or in writing and may be submitted anonymously. Retaliation against anyone reporting bullying is strictly prohibited.
Together, we will ensure that Coastal Glades Microschool remains a safe, welcoming place where every child can thrive.
